This is a great job for students or recent grads as we provide valuable marketing and sales skills training.
Job Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming phone calls, enter customer information into CRM, schedule consultations, and route to appropriate Product Specialist
- Call customers to follow-up on their service and ensure they are delighted with their experience
- Welcome customers into the shop and offer them beverages while they wait to meet with their Product Specialist
- Update and manage Radio-Active’s social media accounts including Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram
- Write and send email marketing campaigns to customer contact database
- Film and edit customer testimonial videos to upload on YouTube and the shop’s website
- Photograph customer projects and upload to shop’s website
- Assist with coordinating and marketing customer educational events and workshops
- Maintain a clean and friendly work environment where teamwork is rewarded and appreciated
Essential Skills:
- Strong oral and written English communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to learn new technology quickly
- Social media savvy
- Hard working team player willing to go the extra mile for team members and customers!
Salary and Perks:
- Hourly pay: $8 – $12 /hr
